Does anybody know a dosage of testosterone replacement (low) will keep me away from brain fog, sweat, bone loss... I did stop testosterone for a test run, it messed up my brain so bad, had to be back on full dose.

There is no guaranteed dose for all males that would cause what you describe, we are each different. You would need to work with your doctor and experiment to see what works for you.

Low-dose oestrogen might also be an option for avoiding no-hormone symptoms. I recall suggestions that low-dose oestrogen might be used for this purpose by men undergoing androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer. Whether it would be suitable for you depends on your goals and your personal medical history. Your doctor or an endocrinologist could advise you. I have no personal experience.

I am currently on 20mg (daily) TRT using Fortesta. I have found that one dose (10mg) satisfys my body if I am not being very active, But, if needed, I can slip in the second dose for a few days to get my "pep" back. Normally I use the TRT 20 mg dose every other day and 10 mg dose the other days. Works well for me.

Same same, except I think mine is 12mg x 2 but I only do the x2 on MWF, twice a day was a bit too much....

I inject 200 ml a week and take and take anastrozole Tuesday and Saturday for estrogen conversion control and I feel good. I had to see an endocrinologist for this may be that's what you should do.
