I just returned from seeing The Goldfinch. I was surprised to see the boy from Pete’s Dragon and the boy from Stranger Things (both about 12 or 13) in bed with each other embracing. I was also sort of surprised to see another scene where the boys kiss on the lips. They were suppose to be straight but idea was since they had a very close friendship they were also intimate. I’ll have to read the book. I understand it goes into more detail and that they give each other hand jobs.
