I’m having my 3rd appointment with the urologist tomorrow and had a panel of blood work done last week. Here are the results. I’d like to get some feedback from fellow members as to what they mean?

Serum LH level. 26.9 iu/L

Serum FSH level 53.4 u/L

Serum testosterone 0.6 nmol/L

Looks like testosterone is very low. but I would wait for consultation.

It shows you are castrated.

your pituary gland tries to force testicles to work with very high LH and FSH levels. But seems like your testicles do not respond for some reason.

FSH normal Maximum is 18IU/L and LH 9.3IU/L
