I wonder if he really did have proper veterinarian experience, and what it was. I have seen vets castrate several different sized animals and they were all very careful and competent.

Human anatomy is not quite the same. My understanding is that human testicles are built for year-round copulation, rather than the seasonal copulation of some animal species, and so have better blood supply.

In other news, anything reporters do not understand is now the dark web. *shrugs* Darkweb sites don't have easily figured out URL's.

Well, they posted it as it is, so... SO much for journalism. Fake news? Fake reporter? Ooops, don't go there!
Seriously, don't.

If this guy s only previous castration also ended up with uncontrolled bleeding and that man needing to get emergency hospital care to survive, why would this cutter do it AGAIN and end up with the same results ?
Sounds like this guy is missing his brain. But at least he called 911 to save this latest man s life in time !

How can you 'botch' a castration through uncontrolled bleeding? Twice? This guy doesn't use google. Or he likes the drama, or its 'fake news' Or I cant get my head around it. Happily safe guy, in the southern hemisphere. Bryce

there's videos of doctors doing it on the web. he must not be stitching the cord first before he ties it off to stop the blood flow to the testicle first
if you don't stitch it first the sucure material will slide off the cord when you cut it.

My guess is he did suture it closed, but he didn't properly do it. He probably just tied the thread around the cord, but didn't attach the suture to it. It then slipped off in the moist environment inside the body.

Doctors are trained to do surgery the right way and the safe way and in the appropriate setting. Get a doctor to do it.
I haven't posted these links in a long time but there was a case very similar to this that ended in court and it received proper newspaper reporting. The Judge in the case was sympathetic with all involved but in the end, this was still "practicing without the proper license" and a crime.
