Read some of the chemical castration trials threads, for starters. You'll find plenty of information here just by browsing these forums. There are plenty of experiences posted.

I would love to hear how others have reached there goal .

Read the forums. There is tons of information here. READ. We don't need to re-hash it over the 77th time.

By the time you finish reading all the information and past posts and forums on here, you will know more about castration than most drs. And you will know alot more about living as a eunuch or man after getting castrated than most drs ever will.

See your doctor and get referrals to an endocrinologist if you want to try androgen blockers, a urologist for surgery, and a psychiatrist for a formal diagnosis of gender dysphoria that both endocrinologist and urologist will likely require (and to exclude other diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder). I have also found psychotherapy to be very useful to understand my feelings. I accidentally skipped the endocrinologist because of testicular cancer and chemo, and I am up to the psychiatrist step.
