Did your ethanol injection series end pain?

I got a question...
Like some others here, I have a long history of pain in my testicles and associated structures due to surgery and repeated trauma and infections. The last urologist 10 month ago told me, "ibuprofen is the best we can do." (Hes now gone). Im seeing the head of the department soon but have realistic expectations.
I have to find someone to do injections for me, otherwise Id probably be already have done them.
Q. If youve injected ethanol due to pain, and shrunk the balls to bits, did your pain stop?
