Tamoxifen + GNRH agonist

Hello! I might be starting a regimine of GnRH agonist leuprolide acetate soon, and I was thinking about supplementing it with tamoxifen to prevent osteoprosis, breast development, and to further reduce libido through estrogen suppression. However, I read this on Wikipedia:
Tamoxifen improves fertility in males with infertility by disinhibiting the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis (HPG axis) via ER antagonism and thereby increasing the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and increasing testicular testosterone production
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamoxifen
Now, GnRH agonists work by suppressing luteinizing hormone production. Does this mean that tamoxifen will interfere with the Lupron?
Thank you for reading
