Slowly losing testicle , flat and empty epididymis on left ball.

I m wondering if any men or eunuchs experienced flat and empty epididymis as their testicle slowly lost fertility or died ?

I ve been trying to stay masculine and keep my balls working after testicular torsion damage over years. To check my sperm production, I saved up my semen with no ejaculations for 10 days. My left testicle s epididymis was flat and empty. My right testicle s epididymis was full and hard with a big load of fresh sperm. My left testicle usually did have worse torsions because of being my larger and lower hanging ball with more weight and longer ball cords to twist up tighter and for longer times. But after slowly shrinking smaller overall, my left ball is now noticably smaller than my right ball. I m thinking my left nut is now sterile or close to it. And my right ball is still fertile and filling my right epididymis with fresh sperm.

Has anyone else noticed empty epididymis on their balls ? Did it stay flat and empty forever after ? Or did it ever recover and fill up with sperm again ?

I m guessing a banding elastration removed before full testicle tissue death, or a burdizzo clamping would cause testicular damage similar to severe torsions by cutting off the blood circulation long enough to damage testicles permanently. Any men or eunuchs castrated by elastration or burdizzo notice flat, empty epididymis on one or both of your balls as part of the testicle atrophy and death ?

The other possibility is the torsion damage might have damaged the natural barrier separating the sperm and sperm producing cells inside the testicles from the immune system. If my own immune system attacks my sperm and my sperm producing cells inside my left ball, that would cause slow destruction of my sperm production cells with ball shrinkage and sterility resulting. If my immune system digests all of my sperm deep inside my left ball, before any sperm got out to fill up my left epididymis, that could cause an empty epididymis too. Any men or eunuchs experience this immune system destruction of their balls or sperm causing an empty epididymis ?

I m fine with getting sterilized. That s great for me ! But I m hoping the testosterone production keeps working after the sperm production is ruined. Anyone experience continuing testosterone production after sterility that was caused from ball damage ?

I know vasectomies cause sterility by simply blocking off the sperm exit tubing, the two vas deferens. Then over months or years of trapped sperm backing up, the epididymis bursts open and allows the man s own immune system to invade the testicle interiors to digest the trapped and leaking sperm. Most men can t be successfully reversed to produce healthy sperm after around 15 years of vasectomy sperm build up and immune system digestion of his trapped sperm. Because their sperm production is so damaged by pent up pressure and immune system attacks on their sperm production cells deep inside both testis over time. Drs count on a man s own immune system to digest and get rid of all of his daily sperm production following every normal vasectomy.

Any men with vasectomies notice totally flat and empty epididymis after being sterilized ?

Hi cutnbull2ox! Pre vasectomy my balls were the size and texture of soft boiled hens eggs. they could be squeezed without discomfort. I could ejaculate just by squeezing them. Like most guys, left ball bigger and lower than the right. Very soon after the vasectomy they were slightly larger, hard and very sensitive. The epididymis were swollen and hard. It was like having the worse case of blue balls. The pain became worse when I was aroused. After having a bilateral, laproscopic denervation procedure, the blood supply to my left ball was compromised. Over time it shrank to about 1/2 its size, became soft and the epididymis was flat. It also started to retract. The pain changed to a dull ache. My right ball was unchanged. Then an epididymectomy was performed. When I thought the pain couldn't get worse, it did. About a later, after I had them both removed. End of problem. I would surmise it would be impossible to determine how much testosterone each testicle produces. But sperm production can be measured by aspiring straight from the epididymis of each testicle. I have read this process is very painful. I have a friend who has very small balls, smaller than marbles. He seems to have a 'normal' testosterone level? he's a horny fuck!

Hi Brycenosak. Thanks for your detailed reply. I m sure hoping and trying to stay a horny fuck, like your friend. My left ball is getting softer and much narrower than he used to be and compared to my right ball. My pain is just a constant dull ache like my balls got hit and the worst of the pain gets less after time. I never could ejaculate by squeezing my balls like you could. But our balls sound very similar in what you describe your left nut going through. Feeling my left epididymis so flat honestly turned me on a lot, since I ve always wanted to get a vasectomy done, but I feared my balls would get wrecked by it, as happened to you. Now my multiple torsions have sterilized one ball. I m sure my dr would say he told me to expect this to happen over time. There s nothing to reverse this or try . I m thinking my left sperm factory is permanently shut off now since my left epididymis is so empty. Maybe with one down and only one left pumping out sperm, it might be time to get my vasectomy to be sure both nuts shoot blanks.

I m hoping my testosterone production keeps working to the maximum. Sterility would be great if I can stay masculine and sexually able. I m sure that sperm extraction by needle would hurt like hell ! Not worth it for me since I welcome sterility. But I would be curious to know if my left ball is making sperm deep inside or not ? I guess a buddy could tie me down and skewer a needle deep inside my left ball to extract a sample to look at under a microscope to see if I have any sperm hatching out in my left nut or not. If sperm are still hatching out, then my immune system must be killing and digesting them to keep my left epididymis empty. If my sperm hatchery is turned off, no sperm would show from sucking needle samples from my left ball s interior tubings.

A blood test for my testosterone levels is the best way to see if my masculinity and sexual abilities are in danger of shrinking away. Did you get your testosterone levels checked and recorded as your balls got sliced and diced by different drs ?

No retraction on either of my low hangers yet. If anything, my left ball seems less active and hangs low and more lifeless in his yo yo movements than in the past.

Anyone else get flat epididymi that either reversed or led to ball atrophy ?

I m thinking once an epididymis goes flat, your baby maker is retired forever.

Wow, cutnbulls, it does sound like your left nut has finally thrown in the towel? The doctors never took my testosterone levels, even before I was castrated!! Each different doctor thought the other one had? It took years to figure out that my body only uses 1/2 the dose. So I get a jab every 6 weeks, a dose that should last 3 months. One testicle can make plenty of testosterone to keep you masculine and sexually able
