Is the EA being blocked

I have heard from a few sources that they are unable to access these forums and report being "Locked Out" of the EA.
At times I have tried to use my phone to get on here and get an access denied banner.
Is this an ISP thing?
Or is it policy in some countries ?
I'm fine here in the UK but I have a good ISP.

To my knowledge we are not being blocked. I have heard nothing from anyone else.

All good here. There were recent outages with Vodafone, Playstation Network, Instagram (and maybe others) across europe recently. It was probably in connection to that.

Using a VPN to ping my connection to different parts of North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, I've saw no connection issues. On my local ISP (not using the VPN) connection here in the US everything connects properly as well. Not sure what to tell ya there.

Thats good to hear. I think the only reason I can't access it at work is my workplace is may have a content filter or something on it.
As I head of other people having difficulty I was worried that you folks were loosing coverage and were unaware of it .
Thanks for the replies.

Be careful accessing sites like this at work (things that others would consider "inappropriate"). Some companies have an Acceptable Use Policy that tells what you can and can't use company Internet access for (and unfortunately many of these "paint with a broad brush"). You could get reprimanded, suspended, or even fired if the wrong supervisor decides to look at Access Logs to see what you've been doing online while at work.
The fact that there is a filter/site-blocking suggests your workplace has such a policy.

We have an open wireless network at work that most users log into during their tea breaks on their phones.
Good point though most company IT systems can trace activity to any fixed iP address.
