Castration restarting breast growth in eunuchs with existing Gynecomastia

Well a very long time ago it was confirmed I have Gynecomastia Tanner stage 3 and a 54a cup. Never bothered me no big deal but now I have started having some mild aches inside the breast tissue and am now a Tanner stage 4 54 c/d cup. In fact my wife has named my titties Georgette and Susan. My specialist says nothing to worry about it's not uncommon so I am not. So what I am wondering is this given I am on a extremely very low dose of Testosterone Cypionate 50mg twice a month how much growth can I expect? Any ideas?

Taking testosterone should inhibit breast growth. If you want larger, then switch to Estradiol (and progesterone).

It should inhibit breast growth, BUT every type of TRT I have used warn of possible development of gynecomastia. I have some breast development but not enough to require a bra. Bot, often they are sensitive to being massaged. Very nice feeling.

Is replacement T easy to acquire? So simple to just order these castration drugs online, but I haven't seen anything other than " natural remedies" for low T

I am stopping the TRT after my July follow up. Even at the 50mg twice a month level I am on I have anger issues that I never had before. Tiny things drive me crazy starting about 3 days after the shot. I am going to try and have them switch me over so it's covered by my plan.

Irritability can be a symptom of low T and 50mg every two weeks may be keeping you in the zone where this happens.
The half life of most injectables is 2 weeks so you are going from very little T to none every 2 weeks.
Suggest switching to weekly of twice weekly shots (You may have to get less concentrated stuff to be able to do this) and see where that takes you.
There are a few here that are on low dose oestrogen that has been known to help them out also.

I had been on 200 bi monthly and my god it was really ugly temper wise. My MD. then cut me to 100 still really bad. So the next move was 50 better but still very short fused. I think that my levels prior to the castration were pretty much at castration levels as my testes were non functional so my body had gotten use to it. I don't give a damn about getting an erection or having a sex drive I just want my old self back temper wise.

As you are stopping it I would suggest low dose oestrogen.
I am no expert in this but It helps keep bone density and may help with your mood.

Have you tried injecting more often, such as weekly, or even twice a week? It may be the swings in levels that are causing the problem. Testosterone Cypionate has a half llife of 8-9 days, so you will be down to between 1/4-1/3 your peak level by the time of the next injection.

I will keep that in mind if I ever restart the Testosterone.
