Below that is the text, which is a train wreck of OCR scanning.

Some of the letter U shows up as V. The old style of "S" shows up as an "f".

There are also some short runs of gibberish, and it's obvious that the scan was not proofed.

There are djvu and pdf formats there, but they are both scans (click 'see other formats' and then 'show all'). Not sure if djvu has OCR layer, but it is readable
