I’m looking for a story that I can’t remember the name of. It takes place at a backyard barbecue of some kind where penises and possibly testicles are the meat of choice. This is all due to some kind of medical breakthrough that allows parts to be regrown. The wife or girlfriend of the protagonist talks him into donating his meat since it will regrow.
