New eunuch as of yesterday (4/27)!

Glad to officially join this brotherhood; yesterday was my long anticipated surgery. Both of the boys were finally evicted, and it's now on to recovery.
The surgery was easy to tolerate just under local anesthetic, and for some reason even easier than the vasectomy I had many years ago. I could even watch some of the procedure while it was being done, and it was kind of fascinating to see my own balls being cut away. Couldn't feel anything, but that was quite the experience. Obviously a once-in-a-lifetime event!
The results so far seem typical, a not-very-pretty scar, some bruising, some swelling, a little residual bleeding. With patience, that should all resolve with time. I'm so happy they're finally gone! Last night I was just sort of smiling inside, so satisfied they've been removed. I seek a neutral, asexual eunuch state and will be seeking some form of low-level HRT to protect bone integrity and minimize hot flashes.
