How long does it take for the hot flashes to stop after they start when you are not taking testosterone? I would really like to try going with out TRT when I did go 3 weeks with out a shot I felt so good and happy free from any sex drive and would love to be like that all the time. But the hot flashes were so bad I would go outside in the freezing weather in a t shirt and shorts and it felt like a 100 degree day. Is there anything I can do to stop the hot flashes and stay off testosterone?

With gels or after castra it needs 2-3 weeks, after pinning testo it will need longer... 4-5 weeks evtl. because it's longer halflife.

Try low dosage Testo! The best would be a gel.

Just after I was castrated I went 6 months without any T.The hot flashes reduced in frequency and intensity but never quite stopped.I am now on a lowish dose of T most of the time but I do give myself at least a month a year on no T.The hot flushes are not so intense now .I quite like an occasional hot Flush as it is natures way of reminding you that you are a proper eunuch.

Hi, I surely know how annoying hot flashes and night sweats can be, wanting to even consider stripping and going outdoors to roll in the snow naked!

I have found relief for nearly a year from herbal supplements that give relief to women who have hot flashes and night sweats during menopause.

I so much like being both nutless and testosterone-free. I briefly used Androgel following my castration.

I do hope that the herbal supplements are not too effective. The snow solution sounds so much more entertaining!

I went 18 months without any HRT after I was castrated. I experienced various physical changes but never had hot flashes.
