Hello all. I have been into self needle play for a long time and just got my wife to try it herself last week. We used 1.5 inch hypodermic needles and long, 5 inch doll needles that had been sanitized in boiling water. She inserted four 1.5 inch needles in each testicle which stung slightly but didn’t really hurt other than a dull ache. Then she did the big ones. Those DID hurt, and also took a lot of work to get through both testicles. She used two of the four we had, one going each way, skewering both my testicles with room to spare. She then stopped as she was worried she’d destroy too much inner tissue and doesn’t want me to be a eunuch just yet. I have to say, having my manhood turned into a literal pincushion by my hot wife kept my cock hard as a rock through the whole experience. The only part that really sucked was taking out the big needles—she had to use needle nose pliers to get them out pulling as hard as she could. When they came out, juice streamed from my nuts like a fountain, along with some blood. My balls swelled up pretty nicely, but are already seemingly mostly recovered. All in all a fun if risky experience.

Sounds fun! I couldn't get regular sowing needles to go into my testicles, I was told they weren't sharp enough, so only done hypodermic.

They’ll probably go in but it takes a lot of pushing. That said yeah it is better to stick with hypodermic needles, as they do less damage. Actually I’ve done needling for years and have still successfully had a daughter and I have a sex drive I am trying to reduce because it is sky high still. Just don’t do any squeezing after until they heal up unless you’re actually serious about castration.

You don't destroy inner tissue if you only needle trough and you can do that without consequences, if you work sterile.

Only if you begin to stiring around in the inner, you will destroy tissue (also a good way to castrate you without the often used senseless chemicals).

So, you can play with needles so often you like.

Thank you very much for that information. To be honest I’m not sure if using big sewing needles on rare occasions does enough damage to really matter as they have always been sterilized. I can tell you though that I’ve had lots of interstitial fluid loss on those times, and my left testicle (which is the one my wife wants to someday pop) seems to be both larger than it used to be and more sensitive. How it could have gotten bigger I have no clue, but losing some of the fluid that acts as a shock absorber around the meat of the ball has probably made it more sensitive. Either way, needling is fun but she likes hard squeezing more.

Yes, the testicle skin itself is swelling, has nerves and react extreme on such things. Also the tunica ind the space between is swelling and more and more filled with fluids (blood and also clear fluid and leads to hydroceles over time). But the inner is only jelly like and with only stick in you don't destroy rerally anything. Little blood vessely... could be but nothing more.

Fluids flowing from you needle is only from the space between the testicle and his tunica and the hurting is also from there.

Belive me, I know people who are needle since years and nothing is changed. Only, it is easier to do ofer time because the reaction ist't set in so extreme anomore after session.

Also, in the future are anything damaged... you only need one balls 50% for making enough testosterone for normal levels. Also fertility should be ok.

Drinking alcohol or using drugs is much much more dangerous.

Thank you for all the helpful information. The only thing I might disagree with is damage from needles. I’ve felt before, and my wife felt last week, a sort of crunching sensation while the needle went through the middle of my ball meat especially when sewing needles were used. We also heard a very, very soft popping noise as the second large needle began passing through my left testicle after already skewering the right one. This was why she stopped after two actually, as she had prepared four five inch needles to each skewer both testicles, two starting from each side. Luckily it doesn’t seem to be major damage as everything is basically healed back up now and last night she went back to some squeezing, though not as hard as usual.

Well I did some self needle play today, may have taken it a little too far. Used some five inch needles again to skewer both of my testicles after how hot the play was a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately I may have hit a blood vessel or did more damage to my left testicle than intended because it immediately swelled up big time after pulling out the two big needles and still is very swollen and moderately painful. Hopefully no permanent damage as my wife has not cleared me to lose one yet, pretty sure it’s just a hydrocele so I’ll just pay attention to it and hope it recedes soon. Took some pretty hot pictures of it all though at least.

Could be you have hit a blood vessel and yes, you will feel any things in the inner after a while but it goes away.

I dont think its really possible to stir around with a hypodermic needle... much resistance is there.
