Maintaining an outside blog

About a year ago and about a year after my bilateral orchiectomy I started a blog (many months before joining this forum). The reason for a personal blog was I had read so much on the internet about the surgery and after-effects and, quite frankly, 12 months after my castration I realized a great deal of what I had "learned" was total bullshit. Most of the BS came from comments of uniformed people whose "knowledge" was based on old and outdated notions, urban myths, ridiculous portrayals on TV and in movies, etc. etc. My goal was to be as up front, unabashed and as honest as possible about "eunuch life". My assumed readership would be middle aged men facing chemical or surgical castration for medical reasons such as prostate cancer. However, the blog's statistics indicated most readers were from the voluntary castration community.
Based on what has been assumed as interest in such a blog and given the amount of information and interchange here, I wonder if it's worth the time and effort to keep the personal blog going. It requires at least a few hours a week to update, shoot and prepare photos and videos and come up with new material of interest. Of course that is time I could be doing other things.
Some feedback here is requested. Is an outside blog interesting enough for me to continue - or is it simply redundant given the plethora of information here?
Since it appears that many of my readers came from here, it's time to sound off. Yea or nay. If yea, then I need to know what folks are interested in reading about or seeing in photos and videos.
Only feedback, questions and suggestions can drive the blog.
