I am wanting to be pierced again after being castrated and losing my scrotal and guiche piercings.

I have had my sac removed so nice and smooth down there but am looking at have a bar put back where my sac was, has anyone had any piercing down there since castration and what have you had done?

I would recommend talking to a professional, well trained and experienced piercer. Their time is valuable. So, I'd offer to pay them if you don't live near their shop. Every tattoo place seems to also offer piercings and that's not what you are looking for.

You're basic question is "how well will a piercing heal thru remnant scrotal skin and scar tissue?"

The 2nd concern I'd have is migration. As a general rule surface tissue piercings migrate out more frequently. Since you've had a scrotalplasty, what's left is very much like surface skin.

If you have a professional piercing shop near you, give them a call and make an appointment. Tell them you'll pay for their experience (it shouldn't be very much money or they'll wave any fee if you get the piercing from them).

If you don't have a very experienced piercer near you, I can think of one of the best in the country. He is a wealth of knowledge and if you don't mind taking a vacation to one of the United State's best gay resort towns, he'd do the piercing I'm sure. But, a local authority in your area would be best.

Hi Lynne, I would think a guiche piercing would be pretty straight forward. The length of time it takes anything to heal depends on the blood supply to the area. Have you thought of dermal implants? I have 6 and think they are great

I have a tgirl friend who has a piercing with a gold ring just below where her balls used to be. She was told to allow plenty of time ( 3 - 6 months) after the scrotectomy before thinking about a piercing and to have it a bit lower down from the scar rather than right on where she was cut. Her ring is low down on the perineum, you can't see it so easily from the front but it looks great from the back.

If the skin is too tight down there it could migrate out.

Would be cute to get a vertical bellybutton type piercing in the perenium. Lots of cool jewelry to chose from!

Thats a great idea, before my operation I had a 6mm thick ring in there and once it was healed it felt great. Maybe a nice curved barbell with a nice girly adormant attached to it would look nice and feel good in my panties xxxxx:)
