I just had a consultation with a Urologist who was referred to me by the doctor who is prescribing my Spiro and E. All systems are a go for the surgery, no letters needed. Yah! I have a few other things going on in my life right now, but am planning on getting it done by the end of March. Then I can go off of the spiro.

I found that I was counting down the days and then the hours to my castration.I hope you will be cut under local rather than general anesthetic so that you can enjoy the process. Good luck ,I have never been happier than the day I was cut,.

Hum, I didn't think to ask him that. I'll have to put in an email to him to ask. I know that when I had a vasectomy about 35 years ago it was local. I didn't mind that at all.

Thanks for the thought.

You only have 2 balls to cut in each man s life. You might as well experience it fully, awake, and pain free so you can see it all and remember it for the rest of your life. It sounds a lot like a vasectomy in no pain, faster than men expect it to take, and a sexual turn on for some men to enjoy after they get cut.

I wouldn t want to be knocked out and miss the whole life changing event.

And you handled your vasectomy easy as a younger man. Castration as an older man is giving up less than you did in your young stud vasectomy. Except that some young stud vasectomies lead to full castrations later on for some men.
