Looking for a referral letter for orchi

I'm looking for a referral for an orchiectomy, with a surgical out time sometime February or March. I have found a surgical provider, just need required letter. I'm a middleaged non gender binary MtE who plans on estrogen as my hormone of choice. When the archive was young, and I was ....younger, I did a stint on testosterone blockers and felt amazing, whole, wonderful and impotent.

In the past, I have gone to the counslers at the VA for gender issues and generalized female relational mayhem. I was not happy with gender counseling. As well as some cultural barriers (she was from Viet Nam), I felt I needed to take a gal down the rabbit hole so to speak. I needed to explain way to much, with little to no insight or understanding from the counsler. So the VA is out for now, but in the future I'll go back and will likely use VA practitioners for long term hormonal treatment. My primary MD is also a guy and I prefer female doctors, so regardless changes need to happen there, and that take time.

And there is a bit more. Being a medical person, I'd like to keep my gender counseling issues separate from work. I live in a small city and work in the field. The best solution is a therapist in the Bay Area or preferably Sacramento that I could see, explain this life long desire/role/identity/sexuality etc. At 50 with a history of chemical castration, estrogen replacement and persistent recurrent bisexuality(both fantasy and various sexual partners of both genders), I would hope that after one, at the most two sittings I could get my letter for surgical castration.

Im looking for a good gender therapist who can assess the situation and without a bunch of delay, write a referral for castration. Please Message me if you know any gender therapists in the Northern Cal areA that will write on assessment and not want to establish a long drawn out relationship.🙏
