My maternal grandmother clearly remembers the last of the eunuchs, mostly in Beijing, and had nothing good to say about them: dishonest, scheming, and stinky. The latter may have been hardly their fault. Urination in a directable stream was difficult for many, and incontinence was a problem for some -probably from infection.

Amazing! -And not so long ago.

Fortunately today, I can say the modern eunuch is different. -Even continent and honest. Just ask Jesus!
