Muscle weakness due to lack of testosterone?

I have been surgically castrated for 10+years with no HRT. In the last few years, I have been losing the ability to bend down or to squat. I cannot reach the bottom shelf in the grocery store, for example. If I do squat down, I cannot stand up unless there is someone or something to pull myself up on. Perhaps my advanced age of 77 has something to do with this. I am going to PT but it is really painful and difficult to move my legs and hips. Are there any other aging eunuchs with similar issues?

I know a lot of guys with balls with same issues younger than what you are!

What does your doctor say about it?
But yeah, I think pretty much every is likely to hit a point of rapid declining ability at some point between 75 and 85. It is kinda wierd/sad how we all are destined to watch ourselves deteriorate.
I don't mean to be gloomy, but it is important to get philosophical when you're reminded of your own (and all of our) innate fraility. But do get checked out and see if there is anything you can do to prolong/delay/reverse the decline.

I agree about the physical decline part, but there is another part. At least some people get to exchange all the youthful energy for being able to quickly see and understand things on a deep level.
