Seems while on TRT I am mostly trans.

When I was not on it, felt normal.

However, have read that you can get Low dose Estrogen to keep bones healthy, and "some" energy levels.

My urologist won't do it though, says I have to go see an endo.

Input? Natural ways to do this?

See the Endocrinologist. My GP won't even prescribe the TRT.

Neither did mine NHS are pretty useless in some areas of UK.

That said they are fine in a time of crisis.

I've been taking Estradiol (2 mg/day) for a couple of weeks and feel great. It may be a placebo effect, but my energy and mental state seem to have improved vs no-T and no TRT. I may drop down to a lower dose once breast development has finished.

I take 1mg every other day which is almost more than sufficient for me.

It is estradiol, not testosterone, that protects bone health. The aromatase enzyme converts some testosterone in intact men to estradiol. You can short circuit the process by just taking a low dose of estradiol, although I would suggest consulting with your doctor about the minimum amount that you might need.

I am on 100mg 2x day of Spiro (since July 16th) and 1mg E 2x day (since Oct5th). It's an experiment, if I like the results long term (6 mo - year). I'm going to have an orchiectomy. So far so good.

I was seeing a urologist for TRT, and asked them for Low Dose E but I had to stop the TRT, ugh. So maybe when everything settles down I will go back there and either have them prescribe or have them refer me.

I was castrated at 23 and didn't take T replacement for nearly 18 months. The consequences of this were loss of spontaneous erections, inability to get hard enough for penetration, loss of ejaculation when able to climax and also almost complete loss of body hair. What I didn't get were problems with body temperature or any particular loss of energy. The other noticeable experience was a gradual feminizing effect, both physical and psychological. To summarize the feeling, post castration with no T was like being de-sexed, I thought about it but in a rather detached way. The worst part of it was having to make the psychological adjustment to a new life as a eunuch, the best part, it pushed me down the feminization route, something I'm very happy with now.

Because I was struggling without any hormone replacement I decided on TRT which I took for a year. It worked in some respects as in I became sexually active again. During that time I was able to perform as a male but still felt the feminizing effect of not having any balls. I was mostly OK with TRT but somehow it didn't feel quite right and 6 months ago I switched to low dose estrogen. Since changing to E I feel happier with and more comfortable with my body. I am very sporty and keep in very good physical condition even though I look like a tomboyish girl. I've found that being a feminized eunuch suits me very well and wouldn't want to go back to being an intact male. My friends tell me I am more physically attractive now than I was when I took T.

Well I do understand you need a prescrip for low dose E, correct me if I'm wrong.

I will go back to the other clinic where I was on TRT and see if they will do it. I walked away and cancelled all appointments, for the reasons above- I want the feminizing effects, just not the erections or masculine feelings.
