I was asked recently did I ever have the sensation of phantom balls, as in did it ever feel like they were still there even though I'd been castrated. Well, I didn't have that exactly but what I did get especially when I was a new eunuch was that I'd wake up in the night and I wouldn't be sure if I'd been cut or if I still had testicles. I had to feel between my legs to find out. Other times I would get up in the morning having forgotten that I was a eunuch and would get a bit of a jolt when I saw myself in the mirror. This went on for several months and then stopped completely after about a year. I expect there is some deep psychological explanation but I've no idea what it is. Another experience I had was that I would sometimes wake up with a clear slippery fluid all over my crotch area, I never had nocturnal erections that I know of and definitely didn't wake up with one. Again this was more common when I was a new eunuch but still occasionally happens now, the best I can describe it is it is how I recall pre-cum when I still had balls. I am very sexually active and often climax but I very rarely ejaculate, if I do though it's one or two drops of clear sticky fluid not the mystery slippery fluid. Since I am planning on nullification for next year I wonder if I will still leak the same slippery fluid afterwards. Has anyone had the same experiences ? Justine x

I haven't had 'phantom balls' or amnesia about their absence, except for one nightmare about surgery failing when the swollen cord lumps appeared a week or so after surgery. Perhaps the phantom balls have something to do with being an involuntary/unprepared castrate. To me, balls were never a part of my body at all.

Haven't had any morning fluids, but when choking the turtle I sometimes leak several times more precum than what comes out at the end.

Maybe yhe slippery fluids are a eunuch version of wet dreams ? The other male sex organs that contribute various fluids to create semen might still be working, especially short times after castration. These might empty out in nocturnal emissions like wet dreams with no sperm in them ?

You are a smart man, cutnbulls2ox. There are all the man glands still there,except the testicles, of course, and they contribute most of the fluid. I have learnt that I feel more horny when my vescicles are full. I still ejaculate the same amount of fluid, at a guess, that I did before my vasectomy. Since I was castrated, it seems to come at a different rate, and texture. perhaps I'm taking more notice? I am on trt though.

Thanks Brycenosak. I wish I knew way more about my own partially wrecked and still ailing balls lol. Most of my info has come from the other men and eunuchs on this site and from reading through tons of online medical publications when drs wanted to castrate me. Hearing the details from other men really helps put what is going on with your own body into better understanding and knowing what might come next for you.

Its really great how the replacement testosterone is working so well for your body. It sounds like ejaculation and orgasm and even the amount of semen you shoot is surprisingly unaffected and not diminished by your castration. That s the optimal ideal for most men getting gelded for medical necessity and not wanting to lose their balls. Maybe you getting your vasectomy first made the other semen making organs put out more fluids to make up for what sperm wasn t coming from your testicles after being sterilized ?

I m wondering if you ever got any pathology report back on what killed your balls after they castrated you ? Was it your immune system attacked your balls and sperm ? Or was it pain and damage from the pressure build up from all that trapped sperm in your testicles after your vasectomy ? Or some other cause that wrecked your gonads ? Or did the drs just toss out your balls and you never heard what killed them and caused all that pain ?

One dumb thing that was not done with me was no base line testosterone level was recorded. This should be done, even before a vasectomy. It wasnt even done before my castration!! Doctors think they know everything. You need this level, OK? Not, we are all different. I and my family doc worked with the endocrinologist, wading through the symptoms of high and low hormone levels. It has taken years to get it even close. The FSH hormone stimulates your nuts to produce testosterone. No nuts, it just floods your system, hence the hot flushes. so its important to keep that level down. For males that want to lop their nuts off, and simply go on hrt, sorry, its not the same brew. Science is a wonderful thing but there is still lots missing. The sperm makes up a miniscule amount of the semen. I notice my semen is different, lots of clearish runny fluid first, then thick white goo, then really lumpy stuff at the end. I can ejaculate and orgasm seperately, with or without a hardon. My hormone injection is every 6 weeks, but I still get 2-3 morning stiffys, around 4-5 am. Funny that. I took my balls home with me, the hospital wasnt going to test them for anything, as it wasnt cancer. They were in a jar of formalin , with 5 inches of cord still attached, for years. I think my ex girl friend threw them in the rubbish to spite me .I was gutted. Hope I find them hidden somewhere. They were good to shock my mates and even not having the epididymis were a good size. I don't really have phantompain. But I still feel that odd sensation when I see someone is getting kicked in the nuts or fell on a railing ore something. Strange how that works, because the last testicle was removed more then a year ago.

What I do have is a strong burning sensation in the groin when orgasming. More castrated men have that feeling. Although it feels like burning, I also like the feeling.

Btw, I also still feel between the legs regularly if possible. Just feels nice to touch my empty crotch.

I had it when my right side was gone but after the left was gone - nada, none.

It is new, cool, to sit cross legged without worrying about crushing them.
