Hi Frida, I've been using Estraderm 100 patches for over 4 months and am doing OK. I have some chest development, almost 34A, but cone shaped and with pointy nipples. I have lost penis size, down from a max of 7" erect to 4" erect if I can get erect at all which I think will disappear soon. Overall body shape the same but I was androgynous looking to start with. Physical fitness is good and energy levels are OK.

I´m using 50mcg estradiol patches twice per week plus 2mg oral estradiol valerate. how many patches do you apply?

1 month now on patches and oral estradiol valerate. I think I´ve lost a bit of feminisation on patches and gained a bit of masculinity which is undesirable for me. with injections my feminisation was great specially the first week after the injection.. . but on the other hand I dont take progesterone since 1 month ago and I feel "light" as if my body had deflated and my body looks like less "swollen"

I was never very masculine to begin, I didn't have facial hair or a masculine voice although I was physically quite strong. I'm hoping for gradual feminization which is what seems to be happening. Justine x

Hi Frida, the feminizing effect is progressing but very slowly. I haven't noticed any change really but a friend I hadn't seen for 2 months said my skin looked softer and I was getting a bit of a bottom.

Hope things are going well with you. Justine x

Hi Frida, I've been on low dose estradiol for a while but have decided it's time to increase the dose and go all girl now. I don't really have anything male left now either physically or psychologically.

Seems that this is a good starting point for guidance as to preparation and dose:

http://www.transhealth.ucsf.edu/trans?p ... ng-therapy .

FWIW, my endo's advice is in line with this reference. I've looked at others, and most seem to be in agreement.

There's no substitute for good professional advice, so understand that this is not offered instead.
