My virus checker says it's safe (plus tumblr is good about checking as well).

Thanks. Down at the bottom right it talks about 'depressive, anxious, obsessive and over-anxious patterns.' How do you break those patterns so you can learn others that work better?

Even before I saw this graphic, I've always thought of "Mind, Body, Spirit".
There are many ways to occupy the mind. Reading non-fiction, taking a class (maybe at the local community college, online or just start a with a group of friends to learn how to do something), languages, etc.
Body can be exercise (and that's good). Also, eating is good (not just eating right - I mean eating at all. Many people with depression just don't eat), but eating right would be good too. Bathing is good. Long hot baths, new soap (even if it's just a new kind of soap), swimming can be both bathing and exercise.
Spirit. Something that connects the body and soul together. I've found it must be something I believe in, not something someone else wrote down thousands of years ago. But, if organized religion works for you - that's good too.

I find it most helpful to focus on a dream or aspiration that you want to actualize, and determine what steps you can take towards that. Pursuing such things often translates directly to focusing on success and self-improvement, because they usually necessitate more money, more skillsets, and more social mobility.
I think it's most important to learn to love and trust yourself. Humans can do whatever they set their minds do.
