I've read many post about guy having lots of shrinkage and I was skeptical if this was true. Well about 2.5 years ago I started adjusting my T to very low dose; stopping for a period of time; and taking low dose estrogen instead of T. I was well aware that I'd stopped having nightly erections and even with Viagra/cealis I'd only get maybe 80% erect and that would be only after playing with it for several mins just before orgasm. A friend introduced me to Trimix, which you inject in penis and it causes a very firm erection. I really wasn't sure I even wanted to try it because I like the lack of erections. So I ended up trying it and I measured my penis since this was probably the hardest erection I've had in 2.5 years. I used to be just over 7" (aprox 7.25) well last night I did trimix and measured I'm not even 6" now.. I'm excited and nervous about the shrinkage, I've been pursuing penile inversion so I fear the shrinkage would impact depth, but if I never end of getting that surgery then I welcome more shrinkage.

I was on Lupron and Casodex for 3 full years. No T at all, no erections by about 2-3 months after it started. No interest in sex, and no effort to maintain any penile anything. Just ignored it for 3 years, basically. I’ve had normal T after recovery now for almost 2 years, so plenty of time to recover whatever size is possible.

My penis and balls were probably a bit above average. I’ve lost a good 2 inches of length! It was a nice 7 inch full size, and now is barely 5 inches though it gets reasonably firm. My balls shrank a lot too, from about 2 inches long and an inch across, now down to about 1 inch long and 1/2 inch across. They’ve shrunk from a healthy adult size to about what an eight-year old kid’s would be!

The good news is I don’t ever have to worry about squishing them when sitting or moving. It’s like they’re not even there anymore.

After 2.5 years no T there was definitely shrinkage over a third 2.5 years now on T partial recovery but no where near full recovery still down close to a fourth.

I didn't take testosterone replacement for the first 18 months after I was castrated. During this time I was impotent, no spontaneous erections and no erections hard enough for penetration. When I took replacement T and became sexually active again there had been no appreciable loss of penis size. Last May I stopped taking T and switched to estrogen instead. Now after about 4 months on E my erect penis size is down from 7" to less than 6". I get the feeling I'm going to lose a lot more size yet as it's only early days. Justine x

My gf measured my erect penis size last night, 5.5", down from 7+" so I've lost about 20pc of my erect size after 5 months on estrogen. Justine x

You are still bigger than the average I think

I've been no-t for about 5 months now (Androcur + raloxifene) and annoyingly I can still get hard pretty easily. I'm pretty sure this is restricting my progress...

Mine is down to 4 3/4" from 6". I'm finding that I don't like it to get bigger than about 3" so I look forward to the possibility that it might get that small. The smaller the better.

I went 6 month after my castration in 2012. Once I lost my libido, my penis never regained the length or thickness that it had prior, even though I subsequently went onto HRT (T).
