Just wondering if anyone takes both. From my experience the androcure stopped the need for PrEP as i had no sexual desire what so ever after a short time, so no exposure to high risk sex.

Chem castrated men still can be sexually active as bottom. I'm just wondering if PrEP is reliable. I've heard that it's not very efficient to protect Mexican shemale prostitutes. I"d like to hear comments from members here on PrEP. I've never used it my self.

Its very effective. of the hundreds of thousands of people around the world taking it, only 3 (i think) cases of men becoming infected. Not sure what if Mexican Shemale Prostitutes have any special circumstances.

ON PrEP too here. But it only protects against HIV, not any of the other STDs.

PrEP is very effective.
Equally important to PrEP are the following:
Vaccines: (99% of people can take vaccines - and they don't cause Autism)
Hep A
Hep B
HPV - males and females
Meningitis
MMR (Mumps Measles Rubella)
Shingles
Chicken Pox (Yes, trust me)
Cures:
Hep C
Syphilis
Gonorrhea
Condoms Condoms Condoms

Did I mention you still should use a condom?

Too late for me to take the HPV vaccine, and I do have it as does about 50% of the rest of humanity. Strangely, since starting PrEP, I've not had a single outbreak. It seems to be keeping that virus at bay... now only if the PrEP was working for the common cold, which I know it doesn't because I've had 2-3 of those since starting it.
I think I've had all the other vaccines in the list, other than shingles, because they only give it a bit later in life. I already had the chicken pox, so not sure what that will mean for the shingles vaccine.

If you have not had the Chicken Pox, the shingles vaccine will give you a case of Chicken Pox! You only get shingles if you have had the chicken pox.

There is a brand new Shingles vaccine. It's recommended for everyone (even those who've had the older version of the vaccine).
The older vaccine used a whole virus that had been disabled. The newer vaccine uses only proteins.
There is a chickenpox vaccine as well which can be taken by adults who've never had chickenpox.
I left off Tetanus from the list. It's a really good idea to keep it up to date (although most people have no idea when their last one was).
Further, before traveling, you should check for vaccines you might need in a certain area. Malaria comes to mind as a commonly recommended or required vaccine to certain countries if you are visiting below a certain altitude. Peru doesn't require it if you are going to be up above the mosquito line.

Gonorrhea is becoming a superbug, meaning the drugs typically used to treat it are no longer reliably effective...If a person gets a resistant strain of gonorrhea today, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they won’t ever clear the infection. “At the moment, all cases of gonorrhea are still treatable using some combination of available antibiotics,” says Dr. Xavier Didelot, senior lecturer in the department of infectious disease and epidemiology at Imperial College London. “But at the current rate at which resistance is developing, we could find ourselves facing a situation where no antibiotic works, which would mean a return to the pre-antibiotic era.”
