For those of you who went to Arnkoff or other physicians, does he space the appointments so that there’s nobody else waiting or were there other clients waiting before and after? I understand that most of Arnkoff’s clients are transgender, but somehow I imagine it might be awkward to wait with others. What has been peoples experience?

Doesn't really matter who else might be in the waiting room, because Dr. Arnkoff performs only castration on Saturday, so whoever are present on that day are there to be castrated. So needless to be ashamed.

I d be eager to see the operation being done on the men ahead of me to know what s going to happen and let the men coming after me see mine if they wanted to. It d let everyone know what he is going to have done when its his turn and see it all in detail and able to ask all of his questions before he is on the table and drugged and occupied with his own surgery.

I would think any man brave enough to willingly get castrated would think nothing of sharing his own surgery with other men about to have the same surgery right after him. It d be a natural thing to do to let other men see and benefit from your own surgery. We all have basically the same dicks and balls and have been seen naked by countless other men, women, and boys by the age most men are getting castrated by choice. So it d be your last chance to proudly show off your balls to anyone else.

No , not shame, just maybe awkward given such a personal decision. And yes the people waiting would be there for the same reason

Same here, I'd love to watch others being done as well to let other see me being done. I don't know if Dr. Arnkoff would allow it though.

Its makes sense that a significant number of men would feel that way and want to share their experiences with the next men being castrated and with men trying to decide if they want to go through with it or not.

I had tons of medical people handling my injured balls in hospital and clinic care. You get used to it real fast and don t care about it at all if your goal is getting something done for your balls. Ultrasounds and exams are about as personal as anyone can get with handling your balls. A castration would probably not be much more handling of your balls than many other testicle medical procedures are. Seeing the men in line ahead of you getting castrated probably wouldn t make most men sick from seeing the men before him being neutered or make the men getting cut embarrassed with showing how it goes to the men next in line to be cut. Post surgery patients get stacked up in recovery rooms naked with just sheets and blankets over them and drugged out of it with others just out of surgery all around them. I ve never heard anyone resenting that. Especially since most of them are too drugged up to scope out and enjoy looking at the other patients right next to them anyway.

One of my buddies wanted to go get vasectomies together and get fixed at the same time and see each other being done. I think its a common thing that most men just don t admit to wanting. But most men are very proud and eager to tell you about their vasectomies and answer any questions other men have. Lots of men don t mind talking about it with women either.

I m guessing lots of women would want to be there and watch their husbands or boyfriends castrations just like many already do with their men getting vasectomies. The women I know who watched their men getting vasectomies found it fascinating and were very thankful to go through it with their men. Their men said they weren t embarrassed at all, being intimate lovers already before his surgery.

How would you know if the person watching you get castrated was serious or just perving on it? I'm sure some people would pay for the privilege and then not go through with it themselves.

I'm not saying most if not nearly all who wanted to watch was serious about it, but there are gross people out there too.

They'd have to set up some observatory area, you can't let just anyone in a surgical area.

I believe he has a different office now that when I got mine done, but he had me show up at 7AM, entered through the back door of the complex and into the back door of his office which was attached to the room where he did procedures. There wasn't another soul in sight any where in his office, the complex or even the parking lot....

I had plenty of people when my first one was removed in the hospital and I was out for the second one it was only the surgeon and my wife and I was awake and I preferred being awake.
