New Eunuch

Post by Josephsaz (imported) »

Hey everyone, Joe here!

I became a eunuch on May 19, 2018. I could not have imagined how liberating it is to be rid of the dangling bits. I was awake with local anastetic during the procedure and I could see, feel and hear my balls being removed. A great memory I don’t want to ever forget. Healing was sore but manageable and it feels great now! I let my testosterone drop to 18 to experience all the symptoms associated with its absence. Hot flashes are awesome! Since then, I have experimented with varying doses of testosterone, now 936. Sexual desire and general horniness have peaked again and orgasms are super intense.

My question is, as long as I stay on reasonable doses of testosterone, will I be able to maintain the sexual intensity I am experiencing now?

Thanks all!

Over time I experienced a steady decline. Now it takes an act of Congress to get it up or off. 18 years for me

I wouldn’t trade in my new look and feel for anything including sex, but just want to know if you have been on T this entire 18 years?

Hey @kristoff,

Check your other medications. Many medications have an anorgasmic "side effect". I don't really believe in side effects - they're all effects of the medication - some are just desired and others undesired.

Many years back I was on an SSRI antidepressant. Everything worked fine in the Mr. Happy department, except I couldn't ejaculate or orgasm for the life of me. I went off the SSRI and bingo, things started working fine again.

Since then, I've encountered other medications that cause anorgasmia. Some I can work around (like taking them two times a day instead of three) while others I just stopped taking.

Certain blood pressure and heart medications can cause erectile dysfunction. Beta blockers are the most famous for that.

Hey @Josephsaz,

First welcome. Second, congrats on becoming a eunuch and achieving a life goal. If you had it done by a doctor can you give some details? If it was done by a "cutter" - yikes, details aren't required.

Regarding remaining randy on testosterone replacement with T over 900, I'm not a doctor, yet that sounds likely. Different labs flag High and Low for T at different numbers. The lab I use would flag 936 as High. Does the doctor prescribing the T (I assume shots or androgel) want to decrease your dose?

@TopManFL,

Castration was performed by Dr. Marc Arnkoff in Detroit, myorchie.com. He did a great job. Entire procedure was less than an hour and I went to breakfast afterward. No more discomfort than going to the dentist that first day. Recovery was a couple of weeks though but I just tried to enjoy the experience. T levels were considered a little high, but my doctor did not adjust them at the last visit. I am taking the weekly injections cipriate. I am also taking Anastrozole, an anti-estrogen on the same day as the shots.

Hi Jo, glad to hear everything is going nicely and the T replacement is working well. I'm also a fairly new eunuch, I was cut Nov 2017.

Hello Joseph, I've been a eunuch nearly 3 years and am very content with my castrated status. I took TRT for a year, it was very effective to begin with, like flicking a switch. Gradually though it seemed to exert less of an influence even though my 3 monthly T level measurements were coming in about the same. Justine x
