I pulled the plunger slightly up while injecting alcohol into my testicles & was surprised to withdraw what looked like semen. I aborted the site, got a fresh needle & injected elsewhere. Did I accidentally hit sperm storage in the epidymis (my best uninformed guess), or is there something else going on? I think I must be mental because I'm fascinated instead of worried like I probably should be. Thoughts? Thanks.

If it was sperm, it probably wouldn't look like semen at that point. Semen is the result of mixing sperm and other minor fluids from your testicles, with the vast majority of the fluid you ejaculate, which comes from the prostate.

I took it out of the syringe, would've figured it would have mixed into the alcohol. It was a pure white ball that broke up into strings when I squashed it, like meat would. I don't think its puss from a previous injection given the texture and that my testicles aren't inflamed.

It would take a big thick needle to suck in the tiny sperm and testosterone tubes that fill our balls. The inside of our balls is packed tight with a complex series of tiny tubes making sperm and testosterone that drain into graduating larger tubes that all empty our sperm into the epididymis that runs up n down along the back side of each ball like a holding balloon of stored sperm. You can feel them easily through your scrotum skin on the back side of each ball. They connect to our nut cords and tubes that our balls hang down from in our scrotums.

if you was hit the epididymus you had seen bloody serum, and after that you had jumping from pain
