Hi I had symptoms of low T like being very tired, fall asleep and less sexual interest. My friend who is a doctor prescribed me torstran gel which I use now for a while. I feel much better with better sleep and more libido.

Now the question is how long will this last. It the replacement works better for me than the testicles I might take them out. I do not need more children and living without testicles is no problem. The gel is not a big problem. I just put it and while shaving and clean tooth its already dry. I know on gel the testes stop producing so they will shrink and will be useless anyway after a while. Is it better to take them out then or just leave them small.

The good think about taking them out is that you can control the testosterone level yourself in a certain way but there may be other side effects which I did not notice yet. So far it is a big improvement.

What is your experience on TRT and tostran. Does it really improve your life a lot. I like to be without balls and sack and so does my wife. So from here no big problems expected if the TRT works as good or better than the original.

How long is needed to get a good estimation if TRT is better than the original. I may have had symptoms of low T for a long time already and therefore feel much better now on TRT with only 50 mg testosteron per day.

You can do it also with testicles. Could be for any time they will producing Testosterone, so it's not so easy to have stable levels from gel, but after any time they should give up.

It's yout thing about castrating or not. I have done it and it is very positive for me so. But, if you like your testicles, let them be...

If you have had lower levels before, yes, you will feel the more, but be careful... too much has the same negative effects like too low level.

But 50mg per day is perfect for the most people (also for me)! Let prescribe you a pump dispensor with 16,2% T! ... this little sachets are not so nice.

Hi I did start with 50 mg per day tostran which works good. How much you use after your castration. The same dose. Maybe 50 mg per day not enough then. Where did you get castrated.

Yes, it's the same dose. the 50mg at time shut down your testicles and it's the same thin so far.

50mg is the normal dosage without own production of T.

Yes tostran is 2% but the other is 1.62% instead of 16.2% I need only 2.5 gram which gives 50 mg testosterone. Easy to put. I know they may write different percentage but putting 2.5 gram of cream is not to much.
