Natural progesterone

Hello all,
People were generally quiet about my last post considering self-surgery, presumably because they didn't want to encourage me to do anything stupid.
After an assay of pros & cons after perusing the site I decided to begin injecting Everclear into my testicles. After injecting three times I believe I've made up my mind & there's no turning back--so I'm asking the kind community here if they can help me prepare for the transition.
I am concerned about hiding hot flashes & decreased ability to do heavy lifting--I do farm work & this is a particular concern.
I don't want to take anything that has the potential to raise my libido, but I do want something that will help maintain my muscle strength, ease hot flashes, decrease brain fog, and reduce effects of gynecomastia.
Natural progesterone looks like it could help with these things, and more importantly, I can get it without a prescription.
Does anybody have experience here using progesterone alone? Do you think it could help? Is there something better? Or am I basically out of luck because testosterone is the only solution? I would be very thankful for any advice & suggestions.
