What Are Implants (Fake Balls) Like?

One member asked about my opinion of my implants. Occurs to me several of you might be interested, so here's the gist:

The silicone prostheses come in 4 sizes, extra-small, small, medium and large. Google "Coloplast Torosa" for info. The doctor gave me the mediums (I think) because he said the scrotum had shrunk over the years. The shells are silicone, filled with saline, so in the event of leakage the saline would be harmlessly absorbed. They are egg shaped, not exhibiting that slightly flat profile of real balls. They are firm, with some slight give when squeezed. I had an inguinal orchiectomy, through two incisions in the abdomen just above the pubic line, so the stumps are way up in my abdomen out of the way. The prosthetics are positioned so they slip past each other and then attached on one end to the scrotum wall to keep them from wandering around or migrating upwards. The attachments are very clever, and they float in the scrotum just like real balls. Oddly, I still get that pleasant feeling when they are fondled, so that sensation comes not from the balls themselves but from the scrotum. I've had no problems and am very happy with them. Note, however, that they were put in place through the inguinal canal, so I had no incisions in the scrotum. I've read complaints that these prosthetics don't "hang" naturally, but that may be a result of insertion through a scrotal incision, with a complication of scar tissue forming. Just a guess. Mine hang quite naturally.

Thanks for posting your info on here. Most of the men on this forum don t choose to get artificial implant balls. So, you are one of the few who have them to tell us what they are like and if they work for you. My dr doesn t know much about them but what he reads. Most men don t seem to tell their drs or anyone else what they are like to have in and if they have any problems with them short or long term. You getting the silicone filled balls is rarer yet, since most men get the solid versions.

Thanks again from us men who are unwillingly needing this info and the details from other men who have already gone through this before us.

Do tell!

I was offered plastic nuts. I can't remember what there made of, but I was told that they often gave problems, and so I chose against having them. Now the scrotum is gone too, that pretty much settles the matter here!

So a never did find out what you can do with rubber nuts.

-Still curious......

I too was offered prosthetic testicles and when asked "what for" my urologist replied they were to restore the appearance of the genitals and make me feel "whole". No thanks, I could not wrap my mind silicone nuts.

Now had he offered me brass balls I might have reconsidered.

Come on, guys!

Someone must know what you can do with rubber nuts, apart from look at them. I'm intrigued, even if it would be hard to sell me a set!

The fake implants are mainly aimed at and sold to men and boys who lost their ball or balls against their will to injuries and medical problems. They are not out to lose their balls or dislike them. If they loose a nut or both they d prefer to look like they still have 2 balls in their sacks.

That heads off a lot of questions and getting personal about fertility, testosterone, impotence, how they lost them, sex drive, and endless questions both men and women would want to ask them if they are obviously missing balls.

Men seeking removal of their balls on purpose and intending to be obviously nutless wouldn t be likely to want fake ball implants. That s why so few men or eunuchs on here have implants. Most of the men on here chose to lose their balls intentionally. There aren t that many unwilling eunuchs on this forum who post a lot to give their viewpoints and experiences in these forums. And many of the eunuchs not choosing to lose their balls accept it openly and choose not to get fake balls even if they didn t want to lose their real ones.

I m guessing boys and young men in school, sports, and actively dating are more likely to choose getting fake implants than most married men, widows, or older men. Also men into sports and fitness and more often nude with lots of strangers would be more likely to get fake balls to minimize other people s questions and comments.

Its not necessarily hiding a missing ball as much as not publicizing it to everyone who sees you nude. Being naked in public doesn t require us to disclose our bed partners, sexual orientations, kinks, or other personal information to everyone who sees us.

I can think of a lot of imaginative sex acts and stunts that real balls would find painful and fake balls wouldn t feel at all. Just use your imagination of what you could do if your balls never felt any pain.

".... and fake balls wouldn't feel at all. ..."

Hmm... You squeeze, I'll squeeze, and the first to blink buys the beer?

I guess there are practical aspects I'm missing out on....
