I've been reading on other sites (dangerous practice, yes I know). On these other sites there are a number of folks (mainly German) talking about a practice where one inserts a needle into the testicle and "swirls" the needle around in an effort to break up or destroy the structures within and interrupt blood flow. As this practice seemed pretty commonly discussed on these other sites, I became curious why I had not seen it discussed here as well. I found that rather curious. Can someone explain its absence? (Pardon me please if I'm breaking some sort of taboo). What are you thoughts on the efficacy & safety of such a practice?

Probably because of the inherent dangers through internal bleeding infection and the like.

I feel that if someone has to take a trip to ER as a result of something he read here this site would be taken down.

It is probably a bit of a taboo subject but if you do cross any boundaries here I'm sure the moderators will save you the effort of needle play by having your balls.

And it really doesn't work. I tried it long ago.

Kinda reminds me of the old lobotomy procedure (insert a large bent needle through the temple and swirl it around the prefrontal cortex region). If done correctly what you describe would definitely damage the testicle beyond repair, much like a subcapular orchiectomy. However, the correct method would induce severe pain without a local anesthesia. It could also cause excessive bleeding as well as many other complications. Definitely not something anyone around here would probably recommend as there are safer methods to kill your testicles.

Please note, I was neither condoning nor considering the procedure. I was just curious.

If you ve ever eaten calf and bull balls, you know they have tough chewy cartilage like stringy structures inside, that are like tough squid to eat, but much tougher than chewing on squid.

I think those would be tough enough to make it hard to stir around deep inside a testicle with a needle and not run into tough tubes and channels inside the balls.

You guys who enjoy prairie and mountain oysters know what I m talking about. Balls are tough chewing when you eat any. And deep inside our man balls, we must be built like bull and calf balls.
