In most cases, if you have one healthy testicle left, it can do the work of and equal to 2 testicles. You won t see much change in anything if your other testicle is working normally.

There are many men s health websites, especially on testicular cancer that detail men s health impacts and experiences when they lose one testicle. Testicular cancer and testicular torsion most often only result in losing one testical. But both problems can destroy both testicles in rarer cases or over many years and separately. Websites dealing with those and undescended testicles at birth can give you a lot of the information and details that you are seeking. Most of the men on here have lost both testicles with a smaller number that have lost one testicle.
Hopefully some of the men on here will answer your questions.
In most cases men recover very quickly from losing one testicle if it is safely done by medical professionals with no infections or complications. Your sexual abilities, masculinity, health, and mental condition normally won t change, since the other testicle, if healthy, will continue to function uninterupted and normally. Over time, the remaining healthy testicle will often grow larger to produce more testosterone and more sperm to compensate for the loss of the missing testicle s production.
