The translation was pretty rough, but I think I got the idea.

My impression is that you have an interesting premise, or alternative universe if you will. It might be good to go into a bit of technical details, like how they expect to get new babies with all boys castrated. It might also be good to introduce some dramatic tension and its resolution. It might also be interesting to read how eunuch boys interact with older non-eunuchs, or what their life is like after they become adults, whether there are non-obvious ways they live their lives that are different from their non-eunuch predecessors, whether they are bullied or teased, and so forth.

Those are suggestions or observations, not criticisms.

I do think you should continue.
