So here's something interesting. I'm a eunuch on HRT (2 pumps of Androgel) and have managed to achieve some degree of control over erections. Good idea to get T checked, and while you're at it, get checked out too?

It seems that the mileage may vary, but I find there is little difference over a very large range of T; only getting close to castrate levels stops the erections and also concern about them. No erection and no ejaculation together, but pleasurable arousal possible in many ways. Control? Certainly, as it doesn't seem nearly as interesting as when T is higher.
