So last year, i managed to abstain from sex of all forms for 3 months. It was rather difficult at first. I lived with a dull aching pain in my perineum. I was having wet dreams after a couple of weeks. I was advised to at least milk my prostate regularly to relieve the ache, and was advised its necessary for prostate health. Thanks for the info. So even after castration, chemical or surgical, one should still regularly masturbate to orgasm. How does that work after castration? Most things i read on here say after castration the ability to , or desire to reach orgasm is either gone or way low.

Please provide a source of this information as I have never heard it before. When speaking of eunuchs please specify if you are speaking of no T eunuchs or eunuchs who use HRT.

If chemical castration works for me then I certainly won’t be masturbating unless I feel the urge to.

I see it as one of the benefits of castration. I don’t have any issues with masturbation, I’d just rather not have to do it. I could be reading a good book instead!

Thanks Humlind. I am trying to get my ducks in a row and be prepared, Going to try chemical and see how it goes. I have some issues with needing medical monitoring for my work which makes it a little more complicated. I had read the research that says for healthy prostate one should ejaculate regularly. I was just wondering if i should make sure i ejaculate on a regular basis to keep the pipes clear, or just empty it by pressing on it, but i know its not the only ejaculate maker.
