If a grown man wants to keep his testosterone levels much higher than usual as he ages, does it work to take higher doses of artificial testosterone to maintain a younger man s sex drive, erection and sexual abilities, muscles, and body masculinization ?

I was hoping that when I got old enough to feel a major drop in my body s natural testosterone levels from normal aging, that I could plan to take artificial testosterone and get my T level back up to a healthy 20 year old man s extra high T levels to super charge my sex drive, erections and sexual abilities, and keep up optimal body muscles and masculinization. Can men do this to stay virile, fit, and super horny longer into older ages than normal ?

Is this possible to some degree ? Has anyone tried doing this ? How much did it work or fail for you ?

What artificial T levels numbers are men targeting to maintain their ideal or maximum possible male sexual functions and body features ?

Since athletes and bodybuilders do use very high doses and get some major muscle growth and other affects, can older men do this with high doses of artificial T ?

I know my balls would turn off and shrink way down in size and function over time if I started on high artificial T doses. But when a man is growing much older, he s not trying to breed more kids or win ball size contests any more. He wants to stay younger and more virile and sexually able.

Anyone have any experience trying artificial T as a sexual and masculinity fountain of youth ?

Thats don't working!

The best is you have normal levels so your body will nothing overdo. Could be more T is making more muscles, but you will get other bad side effects.

The main problem is too high estrogen what isn't easy to control and will shot up your libido and erection ability.

Also blood thickening from too high red bloodcell count is a really problem.

And there are also other effects on any person who overdo it.

The best level is the average natural level, what you have or what you would have (if you not have balls anymore).

The greatest risk is stroke and heart attack.

I was castrated about four years ago now. I'm in my late sixties. With prescribed testosterone, I am in the 95 percentile for a man my age, similar to that of a normal 20-year-old. I exercise regularly, I am trim, healthy and have sex almost every night. My urologist regularly monitors my blood. My GF says that I am a stud. I can go on for hours, until she says no more. I don't think about sex like I once did before castration - I think being fixed somehow changes one's mind to some degree. I can't even dream of having sex anymore, even if I try. Today I seem to be more focused on pleasing my partner than myself, but of course, it's very enjoyable for me too, particularly having the ability to go on for hours, like when I was 20. I wouldn't go back, even if I had the chance.

Yes, the sex is changed ... but very positive... mor cuddeling, pleasuring the partner instead of hard sex.

Being in the 95th percentile of high T levels to match a 20 year old s level is very impressive and just what I was hoping was possible for some men to achieve and maintain long term! Thanks for that encouraging info unencumbered ! That s a fantastic choice to have as you age. You must be one of the lucky men whose body can act more like a 20 year old s with the right doses. That lack of sexual dreaming is a big difference from most men who do enjoy a lot of sexual dreams. It sounds like you used to have a lot of sexual dreams and miss them disappearing now ? Does your sex drive and enjoyment of sex seem similar to your youth or different now ?

It sounds like women would love the affects castration has had on you and Mr unencumbered in lasting longer in sex and caring more about your partner s pleasures than an urgent drive to get your own orgasm. The close bonding and cuddling is what a lot of women want from men along with you guys being marathon athletes in sex performance and ability with no pregnancy risks ! Since I ve always had really fast clotting blood from any injuries since puberty, I m guessing my body is used to high levels of natural testosterone in my heart and blood stream. Hopefully that makes those extra high T level side effects less of a future problem for me that nutless1 mentions. My balls have major damage from past injury that is wrecking my T levels earlier in life than normal aging. I refused castration, but drs say I m likely to lose my testicles to atrophy or need them removed in the future. That s why I m so interested in what T levels men can achieve after injuries or castration and also as they age and lose natural T production over time.

Definitively a mid range T. level is the best, what you can do for sex and health!

Higher level is contraproductive for all and only good for build up massive muscles.

I'm on T gel at time and could be a bit higher in range. Potency is a bit lower but i dream sexually and the sex is incredible good because my own orgasm is out of the equation if I have it with one of my women. Yes, the girls like it extreme if I'm more away from hardcore fucker.

Could be the little more E2 as result from external T is the reason of that change, but not the T level for itself.

One can take a daily dose of 81 mg asprin tablet to help the blood thin and reduce the risk of blood clots which could cause a stroke or heart attack.

If one is taking asprin and any surgery is planned, it must be stopped 10 days before the surgery, so there is not a problem with blood clotting to stop bleeding during surgery.

Donating blood every 3 months is the golden way if you have this problem.

No, I don’t miss sexual dreams. I assume that if I wasn’t taking T, I wouldn’t miss sex either. I no longer get spontaneous erections during the day and ejaculations often seem somehow less intense than before. It takes me much longer to become fully sensitized when having sex. I can easily stop at will without being frustrated. When my GF says ”that’s enough for now ” I’m usually OK with it.
