Just feel the need to say hi.
And say...I AM BACK!!!
Afther 3.5 years in and out of hospital with lot of
different problems, have this stupid norwegian.
finally. got his body in some sort of shape.
And more important my mind into a situation. where i can start to function agein.
To all of u that don't know me.
Or do not remember me.
a little about me.
i am a former top athlete in biathlon norwegian national youth team. and captain in norwegian ranger (jeger) army.
served there to i got epilepsy in 2011.
I have been here active before.
but left afther my surgery. where they removed my non decending tecticles.
3.5 years ago.
but finaly back.

Hi and welcome back.
Its good to hear you are getting back to where you want to be.
I would assume you are on testosterone therapy to keep you in shape and hope the recent surgery and aftercare works out well for you.

and yes.
have been on testosterone. last 3 years.
so all is good.
have the same body(muchel mass)
It have just taken me a long time.
even do, i belived... i was prepered for it.
to get my brain, and mind to accept it.
and i had long time depression.
with combination of epileptic attack's.
So first 6-12 mnths, i lost my way.
just whanted to die.
But found my way back true help from a good friend at hospital. and true training.
And when i got vagus stimulator(simular to a pacemaker)
that send electric pulses to my head. and stop all epileptic activety.
from that day. my life sky rocked. ( happened 17th july 2016)
