My operation to remove my left testicle has now been brought forward to next Tuesday the 16th of January. I am in shock never thought that would happen. As I type that's just five days away now. Any advice on what to expect after for the first few days would be welcome. I will be asleep when it takes place. Thanks.

I was semi-awake for my surgery which was in a hospital. I don't know any words of great advice other than absolutely do what the post surgical sheets tell you to do. Relax, cold packs, no drinking, no smoking, limit your activity. No Lifting-you'll be surprised at how much strain even two or three pounds can be, It's a reasonably easy surgery from which to recover, just lay there an enjoy the fulfillment of what you've wanted.
Then there's this. The best patient for a surgeon is a calm patient. Probably they'll give you both Versed and Fentanyl in advance but you're walking in ready for an interesting experience, something you want.

I had a safe and calm feeling when I jumped to the table. When I woke up I felt with my hand, what I have between my legs. No balls, I was happy.
It did not seem to be different for a long time, nor did it look because litle a swelling.
Pains can be controlled by normal painkillers, they offer them.
Enjoy yourselves and congratulations

Thanks everyone. Don't forget I will still have one ball it's just my left that is coming off. I did say to him when he examined me that I would like the loose skin trimming away and he just nodded but I will remind him about on the day. He asked if I wanted a prosthetic one but I said no way. I will post photos next week.

Also you will not be able to masterbate or have sex for few weeks after surgery so be sure to follow instructions regarding that or you could tear the sutures. That was hard part for me was not being able to jerk off for so long. Couldnt wait for first time i could stroke off and make my castrated cock cum with no balls.
