The only other possibility I can think of is the database of banned IP numbers.

If you are using a VPN client, it's possible that your VPN is landing on a partial IP number that's been banned.

I booted your ass out because you came on claiming to be a doctor and offering no credentials or other evidence. Still gone.

I tried messaging the fiction archive at the usual gmail address, but it keeps bouncing. Can you give me the updatesd address?
