I do have a profile that has to met before any operations are considered, and these have to remain within the laws of the country where operation is performed. What type of surgeries can you perform and have you performed them before? Particularly interested in penectomy info.

I have no reason to think that the post that started this thread is anyhing but legit but I recall several years ago a B&D site I used to frequent often had posts from a guy, "Slavemaster", who advertised for women who wanted to be dominated by a strong master. Two or three years later it turned out that he had murdered several women who answered his posts and then concealed their bodies in 55 gal. drums. Not everybody is nice.

An unsolicited bit of advice...

1- i firmly believe that everyone should be taken at face value and given a chance to prove themselves.

2- Trust and respect must be earned... not given.

These two points are not mutually exclusive of each other.
