They had their dick cut off and everything is smooth where the penis came out. If you want to see what a smooth nullo looks like without a reroute, look-up Jaxzen. He had his done and tell me he can still pee standing up because he asked the surgeon to place his urethral opening where his dick came out of his body.

As for the nullo in the video link above. They are definitely rereouted. They were done by the same surgeon who did mine.

I want a nullo with a reroute. I have peed sitting or squatting full time for 20 years so peeing would not be a problem for me; it would actually be an improvement.

Is the re-route done for comfort? Leaving the pee hole where the penis once existed might cause irritation from constant rubbing of the eunuchs under wear, no ?

It's done more for practical reasons. From experience it doesn't cause irritation and I'm far from being fully healed still. Something I am super jealous of is how clean and simple the outcome is. Frigging hump on mine with a noticeable scar...

I agree with going full nullo with a bottom re-route would be an improvement. I rarely pee standing up, way too messy, so I always try to sit on the bowl to pee when possible.
