Dave craps on a movie.

This is the second lousy movie from this weekend

LIFE (2017)

A single cell life form is discovered on Mars and returned to the International Space Station where it obviously turns into a life-sucking monster threatening all life on earth.

And it succeeds.

That’s it.

That’s the plot. -- goodbye life on earth,

Nothing they can do on the ISS can stop it. It's a horror film, the bad alien thingie wins.

Depressing.

Really depressing

And lots of inane dialog

Like Suicidal Ideation depressing.

Don't watch with ropes nearby. Hanging could be preferable.

And on the scientific end — it sucks mightily. Really bad science. Really bad judgments. Really stupid people.

And did I say the movie sucked. Vogon Poetry is better. (hint, hint)

-Wow, alien life! - Said scientists.

-Free food! - Thought alien life.

Actually that is not the most stupid movie moment. Prometheus was much worse in that regard. ("Oh, air is breathable" and so on)

PS. I am still hoping that someone will make a movie out of "The Invincible (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Invincible)"

I watched PROMETHEUS once and my reaction was similar to that of LIFE -- "Why did I waste my time?"
