Losing Height?

How anyone experienced losing height and becoming shorter?
I had stopped taking my Testosterone HRT for a 3 or 4 months because I couldn't get new subscriptions (I am between primary physicians and Endocrinologists), besides having my T-Levels go from 600 down to 91, I have lost about 2" inches in height.
Would I be able to get back the lost height if I go back on HRT?
I dont know how to take going from 5'7" down to 5'5"?
Should I accept being short and find myself a tall dom?

Our spines compress as we age. I am in my 60's and was 6 feet tall and now 5 feet 11 inches. I expect to become an inch or two shorter the older I get.

Plus we are taller in the morning than evening because our bodies are stretched out.

I was low T for many years and as a result I had osteopenia is my spinal bones. The softening caused compression and about 2" in height in my thirties.

I was 6'2'' while in my 50's, now in my 70's I am 6'0'' just from getting older although just for the sake of causing problems for my doctors I claim that I lost the two inches due to knee replacement surgery. Wolf-Pup also has a valid point - loss of density in the bones of the spine can cause you to gradually become shorter among other problems but probably not as fast as 3 or 4 months. I don't know of any way to regain lost height. Maybe you could adjust your attitude and become a snarling bulldog dom in your own right (just joking) --FLO--

My life has been wonderfully blessed at 5'5" all my adult life. The quality of life is determined by what is in my heart than my height! I believe 2 inches shorter with age will not change that truth.

russianboy : Yes it is difficult to live without TRT. We can all do it for a while but eventually as we lose our muscles mass, our strength, our mental clarity and as we develop health issues such as arthritis, obesity, diabetes and so on. Then depression occurs and everything seems to crumble. As far as I am concerned, the only benefit to castration is the lack of libido. I've never heard anyone complaining about it.
