I think my favorable method is now guillotine. Flick of switch and off it goes. It’s not very big, about 3 inches soft.

I would clamp the base the a pair of Mole grips then either slice through your dick with a hacksaw or Stanley knife.

Alternatively you could use your Granddads old Smith and Wesson to do the deed but wait to you get to ER before unlocking the clamp.

Would surgical forceps work? I have a pair of those and they are nice and thin.
