How far into the body does the penis extend? I’ve looked at some anatomy pictures but it’s hard to tell and usually split into two halves for some reason. If I removed most of the external penis would the root inside my body still be able to get erect?

The penis root extend under and between the legs as the perineum. You can feel it firm up as the penis becomes erect. "Pulling out" is not a recognised surgical technique for its excision, it is not a weed and pulling it out would most likely kill you especially if your pain threshold is troubled by a small rubber band cutting into your penis . imagine trying to pull out your tongue root and all... well I think it would be similar given the sensitivity of both. People will try to help you but do try to ask something sensible or you will be subject to ridicule, rebuke and you will be ultimately ignored. If in any doubt do some more research before asking questions.
