Has there ever been any stories where a Eunuch was restored? either by regrowth or other means?

In fiction stories on this achive yes. Some fiction stories are about men getting cut n then regrowing their dicks and balls to be harvested over and over again.

In real life I m guessing transplanting testicles and penises should be possible. With the immune system repression drugs used for other kinds of transplant organs in humans, it should be possible with human dicks and balls. There was a news story posted on here a while back about a chinese man with a penis transplant. But he or his wife didn t like it and cut it off. What a terrible waste of a good cock huh ? Maybe that s how he lost his first cock too ?

With balls men just use the sperm from healthy sperm donors to have kids since transplanted balls would still keep on making all the new sperm with the first owner s dna and genetics anyway. No way to change the sperms dna now. Artificial testosterone is used for men with no balls or non functioning balls instead of ball transplants for making men s testosterone since its way cheaper and easier to do.

I haven t heard of any female to male surgeries that are transplanting donated testicles and penises onto former females yet. No reason it couldn t be done if male to female surgeries harvested the male sex organs carefully for females to use as transplants. And similarly if female to male surgeries harvested female sex organs to transplant to former males. Then they d all get authentic sex organs grown naturally by other people. But they d need to take the anti immune system rejection drugs like other organ transplant patients do.

Just think of shopping for new or replacements for damaged sex organs from all the donated sex organs removed in all those gender change surgeries and castrations of healthy balls for prostate cancer and from willing donors on this site. Lots of those people have very impressive and healthy sex organs being removed and wasted as medical waste now. They should at least put those all preserved in individual trophy display jars for the former owners to keep or offer them as donor ogans for other people to transplant to use and enjoy. Why not ? They re all too great of sex organs to end up as medical waste being so heartlessly and casually destroyed or thrown away.

I did one involving twin brothers a few years ago. One brought up the idea of castration and asked his brother to be the host for his testicles until he wanted them back. So one brother ended up a eunuch the other with 4 balls. Then when it was time for the eunuch to become whole again 10 years later, the other brother asked if the eunuch would host all four balls. That happened. At the end the original eunuch brother offered to give his brother his balls back, but he didn't want to become whole again. So they decided to castrate the restored brother and both live as eunuchs forever.

In a couple years (well probably more like a decade) this type of thing may actually happen. Look up "3D Printing Organs". It is still in its infancy but has made so much progress over the past few years, that I wouldn't be surprised at all to hear about widespread human trials in another 5-10 years, or in most current people's lifetimes. It really is not that far off. No anti-immune drugs are necessary because the organs are created using the patient's own stem cells or equivalent organ cells.
