Of those who have had an orchiectomy after some time how much did your penis shrink? I am already small (3 in hard and 1.5 in soft) as it is and wish it was smaller or a pussy.

For myself 2.5 years I went no T and shrunk by a little more than a third and did not return after going on some T.

I went without Testosterone for two periods of about 2 years each and one period of 7 or 8 months. I am now on small doses of Testosterone My penis is about 2 inches shorter than before I was castrated with proportional loss of girth. Re starting Testosterone did not restore my penis size. --FLO--

After using Dutasteride, which inhibits free testosterone, for about a year, I lost an inch in penis length and incurred nipple growth. After quitting it and taking some over-the-counter testosterone supplements, I gained back about a quarter inch.

Fenugreek and Tribulus, which are supposed to increase free testosterone.

Hmm. I must be the odd man out. My dick was 6.25 (hard) before castration. After castration it shrunk to 3.5 (hard). Would not mind is shrinking more but after 12 years, I don't think it will. And I have been on TRT all that time. I am cutting back on it. I used 10mg the day of my last test and although alternating between 10 and 20 mg every other day my free testerone was 5.4, higher than it has been. My t levels were 535. last time I used 10 mg I came back at 190 mg total.

I am wondering if the lab made a mistake.

I went from 6.25 in. pre castration to 3.5 in. post castration when hard. Where I was on Androgel, my provider preferred me to go on Fortesta. It was cheaper and is now fully covered by insurance where before, I had a copay. Have not gained any back and would like to lose more.

I thought Fenugreek was supposed to be good for breast development.
